    Great at one thing — get the pork-shoulder sandwich. The Memphis drive-in chain since 1952 does a chopped-shoulder sandwich with slaw and mild sauce that beats most sit-down joints, and there's a Tops near wherever you are. That's the order; keep it simple. (Their cheeseburger has a cult of its own — it made our best burgers list.)
