Each note below comes from a different Hey Memphis guide, written when we checked this place at the source.
- New Restaurants in MemphisMore new doors · verified August 6, 2026
Opened this summer. A moody cocktail den beneath the restored Hotel Pontotoc — caviar and chips, whiskey trail mix, serious drinks. Open till midnight Fri–Sat.
- The Best Bars in Memphis: Cocktail Bars, Wine Bars, and a Few Hidden DoorsHotel bars & rooftops worth dressing up for · verified August 1, 2026
Hotel Pontotoc's moody little house bar, with a happy-hour gimmick we love: write your drink order and your name down before 5pm and happy hour prices hold ($4 beers, $9 house wines, $12 cocktails, Sun–Thu 4–6pm — plus a second round of it 8–10pm). There's a punch bowl on the menu built for four. Nightly from 4pm.
