    The burger institution publishes a full kitchen/bar split for every location — Midtown's kitchen runs to midnight (12:30am Fri–Sat), Poplar and Cordova to 1am on weekends, with the bar pouring about 30 minutes past the kitchen everywhere. Downtown closes a full hour earlier than Midtown — check your location's page before rolling up at 12:45.
