30 Days of Opera: Singers on Segways — Trolley Night on South Main, 7–9 PM, free. Opera Memphis sends singers rolling down South Main on Segways to serenade the Trolley Night crowd. Follow the high notes. Details

Orchestra Noir: The Culture 2000 Tour II — Orpheum Theatre, 7:30 PM, $46.70–$103.85. One night only on Main Street. Doors open an hour early, and the show runs about two and a half hours. Details

Sanctuary with DJ Brilli and Lana J. — Crosstown Arts' Green Room, 1350 Concourse Ave., Suite 280, doors 7, show 7:30, $20 in advance, $30 at the door. A sound bath with a live DJ set and choir vocals, heard from floor seats. The most relaxed ticket in town tonight. Details

Music Box: Keenya Creates — Hattiloo Theatre's Culture Box, 37 Cooper St., shows at 8 and 10:30, $20 in advance, $25 at the door. Two sets in the small room, and seating is limited. If the early show is full, the late one is your backup. Details

Bluegrass Jam on the Collierville Square — Town Square Park, 96 N. Center St., Collierville, 7–10 PM, free. Acoustic instruments only. Bring yours and sit in, or bring a chair and just listen. Details

Mid-Autumn Festival — Crosstown Concourse, 1350 Concourse Ave., 6–9 PM, free. Lion dances, free mooncakes and crafts for the kids in the Central Atrium. Details

Le Bonheur Zoo Boo — Memphis Zoo, 2000 Prentiss Place, 6–9:30 PM, $23, zoo members $20. The zoo after dark for Halloween season, on its second weekend. Details

STEM-It: Chemistry — Cordova Library, 4–5 PM, free, ages 8 to 12. Tweens make ice cream with science, led by a local high schooler. Details

The Redbirds routed Rochester 15–4 on Wednesday to even the International League Championship and force a deciding Game 3, played last night at AutoZone Park. The final's on the Redbirds' site. (via Memphis Redbirds)
