Memphis Brooks Museum of Art, final autumn in Overton Park: 'Navigating Knowledge' closes this month; 'Memphis College of Art, 1936-2020' is the building's last exhibition
The Brooks says its MCA retrospective (90 works by faculty and graduates of the art college that closed in 2020) is 'the final exhibition the museum mounts in its original home in Overton Park' before the downtown Memphis Art Museum opens late this year; 'Navigating Knowledge' (Harmonia Rosales' gold-leaf 'Migration of the Gods') is dated to end in October. Saturday mornings are free.
